Richard Klippel, Principal of Interior Elements, has a long-standing reputation for design excellence, particularly in the merchandising field. He is well known for his keen eye and sound judgement in decorating to fit the lifestyles and tastes of a builder's target market.
For more than two decades, Richard, a member of SMC and ASID, has brought his expertise to bear on residential and commercial projects in Georgia, Florida, and California. These have included model homes, sales offices, clubhouses and private residences of up to 12,000 square feet. In addition, he owned Overtures, Inc., an interior design and home accessories specialty store in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Richard's merchandising talents have been demonstrated in projects for prominent builders and developers including D. R. Horton, O'Dwyer Homes and Smith Douglas. Recognized by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders for excellence in model merchandising, he has proven his ability to produce on-time, on-budget models that build sales and profits.
